1) Write a high quality original article of at least 500 words, it will be checked in copyscape.
2) Do not write a spammy article that is promoting your site. Write an article on the general subject of your site.
3) The article can contain 1 link to the same website (deep links are accepted). Your link should be sprinkled into your article content in a flowing manner.
4) A link to your article will be placed on the "Articles" page which is only one click off the home page. See the menu to the right, click "Articles".
6) Your article and it's page will be SEO for keywords that relate to your articles theme.
